2. Our Experiences

We offer private and group tourism experiences, which may include guided tours, artisan visits, food-related activities, and alcoholic beverage tastings such as mezcal.

For group tours, guests agree to share the experience with other participants.

3. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Guests must provide accurate and complete information when booking.
• A booking is confirmed once full payment or a 50% deposit is received.

4. Payments

• Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN).
• The price includes only what is specified in the tour description.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, website payment, credit/debit card.

5. Cancellations and Changes

To cancel a booking, the following conditions apply:

• Less than 24 hours before the tour: no refund.
• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 36 hours in advance.
• Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
• No refund for no-shows on the day of the tour.
• If Happy Experience Oaxaca changes the tour start time, this is not a valid reason for cancellation and no refund will be issued.
• If Happy Experience Oaxaca cancels the experience, a full refund or a rescheduled date will be offered.

6. Changes or Cancellation by Happy Experience Oaxaca

Due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, itineraries or schedules may change. We will always aim to provide a high-quality experience.

7. Alcoholic Beverages

• Alcohol consumption is allowed only for guests aged 18 or older.
• Guests agree to drink responsibly.
• Happy Experience Oaxaca reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone showing inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

8. Guest Responsibility

• Guests participate at their own risk.
• Guests must be in suitable physical condition for the activity
• Happy Experience Oaxaca is not responsible for accidents, loss, or damage caused by guest negligence or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Behavior

Respectful behavior toward the guide, group, local communities, and visited locations is expected. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

10. Use of Images

Photos or videos may be taken during the experiences for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in this material, please notify us in writing before the tour.

11. Personal Data

Personal information is used only for booking management, promotional purposes, and service delivery, in accordance with Mexican data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Oaxaca.

13. Acceptance

By booking or participating in an experience with Happy Experience Oaxaca, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
